- Divide dough in three portions. Roll out longitudinally. Make cut on both sides of rolled dough with the help of knife or pizza cutter,leaving central part untouched.
- Put chicken batter in the central part of dough. Now fold the strips inside as covering the chicken batter.
- Folding should like one strip from right side and second from left side will be rolled in and so on.
- Apply egg wash on the whole bread.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and nigella seeds on the top.
- Bake at 170°C for about 35 minutes or adjust according to your oven or stove.
