  1. Boil eggs: To a pot add 3-4 cups of water and 5-6 eggs. And let the eggs boil in medium flame until you see cracks on eggs. It will take 10 minutes approximately
  2. Add 2 tablespoons oil in nonstick pan. Saute cinnamon or Cumins.
  3. Next add chopped onions and fry then until it becomes slightly golden.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, tomato gravy or paste. Saute well until it turns mushy.
  5. Now add garam masala, red chilli powder and turmeric. fry everything.
  6. Pour water as per Your need to make gravy and cook until the gravy thickens. Use salt as per your taste
  7. Add boiled egg and cook for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle coriander leaves and squeeze lemon juice on it.
  8. Serve this delicious egg masala curry with roti or plain rice
