- Boil the tomato for 5 mins and make a paste out if it
- Add oil to a heated pan, add sliced garlic and fry them until light brown. Add onions and fry till golden brown
- Now add the tomato puree and reduce it to half. Once done add the remaining spice mixture and adjust salt. Add the fried chicken
- Now add the pasta and mix well. I had added the left over egg yolk to mine before adding pasta
- Mix well and garnish with some spring onions
