- Take a bowl and put water in it and add white vinegar and food colour in it. Then place cuts on the chicken pieces and dip them in this water for 1 hour. After 1 hour remove chicken pieces from the water and dry them.
- Add all the masala in the yougurt and mix them and marinate the chicken pieces and place them overnight. Place the Marinated chicken on skewers for BBQ.
- Place on the BBQ grill to cook and grease with mustard oil for cooking. Serve with naan and yougurt dip.
