  16. Take 1/4 th tsp ajwain
  17. Get 1 tbsp crushed kasoori methi
  18. Prepare 1 pinch hing
  19. Take 2 boiled eggs
  20. Take To taste salt and pinch of sugar
  21. Take 2 tbsp tomato puree
  22. Take 1 tbsp curd
  23. Take 1/4 th tsp garam masala
  24. Get 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  25. Take 3-4 slit green chillies
  26. Get 2 tbsp refined oil
  27. Prepare 1 tbsp ghee or butter
Instructions to make Chicken Bharta:
  1. Boil chicken cubes with little salt and 1 cup water.Set aside to cool.Reserve stock.Shred chicken into strips with hand or fork.Boil 2 eggs and chop into pieces.Set aside.
  2. Heat oil and sprinkle half crushed whole garam masala.When they splutter add a pinch of hing and ajwain. Add chopped onion and fry till golden brown.Add ginger garlic paste,cashew paste, kitchen king masala,kashmiri red chilli powder,salt and sugar to taste.Add tomato puree and curd and fry.Add shredded chicken pieces and fresh cream and toss.
  3. Add crushed kasoori methi and the chicken stock and boil till gravy is thick.Add ghee or butter and the chopped boiled eggs.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies and half boiled egg.Serve with roti,naan or paratha.
