Instructions to make Burger:
- In a pan, put the minced meat, add spices, chopped onions & add oil & put on heat, fry for about 8mins, add a little amount if water & allow it for 5mins, add curry, grated scotch bonnet & onions, keep stiring.
- Add chopped grean beans & keep frying for 2 more mins.
- Crack the eggs, whisk & pour upon the meat, mix, add oil on the pan & set on heat, pour amount of the mixture on it, cover & allow it for 3mins, turn the other side too.
- Ready of filling.
- Cut the bread horizontally, add mayonnaise, salad & sliced cucumber with the meat as shown.
