- I prepare my own ground beef and pork mix, but feel free to purchase one pound of ground pork and 1 pound of ground beef

- Once mushrooms loose most of thier moisture add 2-3 tbs of oil. Add 2 chopped onions remaining garlic cloves and start sauteing———- Add crushed tomatoes and any preferred spices——— continue simmering.
- Add as much sour cream as you want, i stop once the veggie stew gets its creamy tomato color. ———– Add water (enough to drown the stuffed peppers and remaing meat balls) ——– BOIL
- Arrange your stuffed meaty deliciousness to the bottom of the pot ——- dump meat balls on top ——– Cover lid—— Reach BOILing point ——- Medium to Simmer Heat 40-50min.
