  3. Heat oil in a wok.
  4. Take small ball out from above dough.Roll it over board with rolling pin.Prick with fork all over little.
  5. Now take cutter or a knife and cut into horizontal strips.Then vertical strips.
  6. Put them in hot oil for frying.Fry on slow heat till golden in colour.
  7. Take out once fried on a tissue paper.Store in airtight container.Stays good for a month.
  8. Crisp and savoury Namakpare are ready.
