  2. Mix well, add curd and fold, do not over mix. If required add some water to make the batter in dropping consistency. Cover and leave for 15 minutes.
  3. Grease a mould, put 2 -3 tsp batter in each cup,meanwhile pre heat an oven at 200 °c for 10 minutes. Top some grated cheese on muffin tops.
  4. Bake at 180°c for 12 minutes. Take out and leave for cooling.
  5. Serve with sauce /chutney.
