  6. Make ready 1 tsp Vanila essence
  7. Prepare 4 tbsp milk powder

  1. Firstly, to make the caramel we will add some sugar to the bowl on which we will be making the pudding. Sprinkle some water to the sugar and stir till the sugar turns to light brown and then finally caramelise.
  2. Now to make the pudding, add 4 eggs to the mixer,add a pinch of cinemon powder,2 bread slices by tearing into pieces,4tbspns of milk powder half cup of milk and half cup of sugar. Mix them well.
  3. Now, pour the mixture on to the bowl here the caramel has been made already. Pour it till half the bowl and add the remaining half cup milk from the top. Do not mix them.
  4. Add 2cups of water into the pressure cooker and put the mixture bowl into the cooker. Lower the flame and let the pudding be cooked for 30mins.
  5. After 30 mins, insert a toothpick/fork into the pudding and if it comes out clean.If clean,the pudding is ready! Refrigerate it and serve cold.
