- First of all prepare the dough by adding flour, Salt, oil and require amount of water to make a smooth dough and cover it for 15 minutes.
- Chop the garlic cloves and chilli.
- Chop the Amaranthus leaves and keep them aside.
- Heat a Kadai with oil and put the punch phoran in it and when they crackle then add the chopped garlic cloves in it.
