- Boil the egg and rub a little bit of turmeric powder and salt
- Slit the eggs lengthwise with a knife if you like it. light fry the egg and keep aside
- Heat oil in a pan then add chopped onion fry it until it brown colour
- Then pure the above mixture add tomato and ginger-garlic paste mix and fry for medium heat on 1 minute
- Then add slit green chilli tomato sauce and Spices masala powder
- Mix and add little bit of water nicely mixed
- Then add ½cup of water and cover the lead for 5 to 10 minutes
- After 10 minutes add fried egg and mix then cook for 5 minutes
- After 5 minutes add garam masala powder and mix it then serve with Roti.
