- Prepare 500 GM Mutton
- Make ready 3 Onion

- Take 2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
- Make ready to taste Salt
- Make ready 1 Tsp Sweet Curd
- Get 1 tsp Sugar
- Take as required Mustard Oil
Instructions to make Kosha Mangsho:
- Take mutton pieces. Marinate them with 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1 Tsp Salt. Mar
- Put it in Pressure Cooker. Add 1 onion (diced), 2-4 garlic cloves. Pressure cook for 20 minutes. Add Potato pieces.
- Now cut remaining Onion,tomato into thin slices. Put it in pan for frying. Saute till the veggies become golden. Cool it after.
- Transfer to a blender. Make paste.
- Take a bowl. Add the ground spices along with sweet curd. Make paste. Add bit of water if needed.
- Pour mustard oil in pan. Temper the oil with 1 tsp Sugar. Add the tomato onion paste.
- Saute for few minutes. Then add the spices-sweet curd paste. Cook till raw smell of the masala goes away.
- Add the Mutton pieces
- Add salt to taste.
- Mix everything well. Cook till masala mix well with the mutton pieces.
- Add water. (Use the Mutton stock, pour water in the masala bowl and put it in pan).
- Cook in medium flame. Cook till oil starts floating on the top. Sprinkle 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking.
