  3. Prepare 1 tbsp moong dal soaked for 2 hrs & drained
  4. Make ready 1 finely chopped or grated carrot
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp grated coconut
  6. Get 1 spring curry leaves
  7. Prepare 1 tsp mustard seeds
  8. Take 1 Byadagi/ Kashmiri chilli
  9. Take 1 vertically slit green chilli
  10. Get 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
  11. Take 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  12. Get 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  13. Make ready 1 pinch turmeric powder
  14. Prepare 1 tsp Lemon
Instructions to make Sprouts Kosambari:
  1. Set a pan on low flame. Add coconut oil & mustard seeds. When it splutters, add finely chopped ginger and saute for few seconds. Add the green chilli, Byadagi chilli & curry leaves. Saute for few more seconds.
  2. Add the grated coconut & switch off the flame. Add finely chopped carrot, turmeric powder, green gram sprouts, soaked & drained urad dal and moong dal. Mix well. Add salt as required. Add finely chopped coriander leaves. Squeeze in half the lemon juice and give a thorough mix.
  3. Healthy & nutritious Kosambari with sprouts is ready to be served.
