  26. Take 1 tsp cumin powder
  27. Prepare 1 tsp garam masala powder
  28. Take 4 tbsp oil
  29. Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
  30. Make ready 2-3 red chilli whole
  31. Get as needed Some spices (2 cardamom, 3 cinnamon, 3 cloves, 2 bay leaves, 2 red chilli whole)
Steps to make Fried Rice with Chicken Kosa:
  1. Fried Rice-Soaked the basmoti rice atlist 5-6 hours. Boiled the rice drain exces water and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add whole spices satue till fragrent. Add beans and satue. Add capsicum and green peas and satue. Add cashew nuts and raisin and fried properly.
  3. Add boiled rice and mix. Add ghee, salt,sugar & black pepper and mix it well.
  4. Garnishing with cashew nuts and serve hot.
  5. Chicken kosa-In a large mixing bowl marinated the chicken with 1/2 cup onion,garlic & ginger paste,salt,yogurt,2 tbsp oil and all the powder masala add and mix very well and keep aside atlist 2-3 hour.
  6. Heat remain oil and add cumin seeds,red chilli whole & all the spices and satue till fragrent.
  7. Add remain onion and fry it. Add sugar and satue.
  8. Add the marinated chicken and mix it very well.
  9. Cover and cook 10-15 min and stir. Again cover and cook 10 min till the chicken is complitly cook.
  10. Serve hot with bengali fried rice.
