- First wash and soak the rice in water
- In a pressure cooker add oil,mutton,salt, turmeric,whole spices and stir for 5 mintues
- Add in 3 cup of water (use the same cup used to measure the rice) and pressure cook it for 3 whistle
- Take the stock and mutton out
- In the same cooker add oil,green chillies,ginger garlic paste and onion and stir well
- Add in tomatoes and cook until it's little mushy
- Add in the masala powder
- Add in soaked rice and mix well
- Add in the stock Water and Coriander and pressure cook it for 2 whistle
- Your mutton biryani is ready and serve hot!!!
