Instructions to make Prawns Masala:
- Clean and wash prawns
- Chop the vegetables
- Heat oil and fry onions to light brown add zeera.
- Add 2green chillies and haldi, red chilli powder, dhania powder salt and add little water and cook, add ginger garlic paste and cook add some water.
- Add tomato and cook covered till soft and meshy achi tarha bhun lein masala oil comes up
- Add prawns fry for 2mins than add roasted zeera mix, green chilies, dhania, garam masala and lemon juice
- Bhun lein achi tarha than put on dum with qasuri methi..
- A very tasty prawn masala is ready serve with chapati.
- Note :🌺always remove the black vein from prawns🌸for smell keep them in garlic water for few mins than wash and dry 🌺or apply haldi on them than wash 🌺or lemon juice.
