- Wash and chooped palak. Make fine paste. Heat a pan and add 3 tbsp oil
- Add paneer and fry 2 minS. Add jeera,ginger.
- Add garlic and chilli and fry 1 to 2 minS on low flame.
- Add onion,dry chilli and fry 2 mins.
- Add haldi,dhaniya and chilli and mix well.
- Add palak paste and salt and cover and cook 10 mins on low flame.
- After 10 mins add fresh cream and paneer and mix well and again cover and cook 3 mins.
- Ready tasty and healthy palak paneer.
