- In a pan add oil and onion and cloves,Curry patta and cinnamon sticks and golden fry the onion then add ginger garlic paste and chicken
- Bhonify for 5 min than add little water to tender the chicken. When chicken done add tomato and all masalas and bhonify
- Then add boiled chickpea and add water (2 glass) and let it boil. When it boil add rice. Let it boil until all water dry.
- When all water dry then add pinch of yellow color. Put it on dum for 10 to 15min. Chana chicken biryani Pulao is ready to eat. Serve it with raita and enjoy it.
